About the Event
Located in Breckenridge, Texas, at the northern edge of the Hill Country, the Rivers West Ranch is opening up their 1600 acre ranch for us to host what we know will be an amazing event. We're thrilled to bring a run n gun event to the DFW area!
This event will have a Series, Rivals, and Teams Competition.
Tactical Biathlon is a 2-gun biathlon. Competitors carry a rifle and pistol over a predetermined course of fire ranging in distance.
Each competitor is assigned a unique start time to enter the course. Re-supplying once on the course is not permitted.
Competitors will encounter several stages to shoot at throughout the course. These stages may be rifle only, pistol only, or a combination of the two.
Competitors have 3 minutes to complete a stage. If the competitor fails to complete a stage within the time allotted, they will receive a Did Not…

This ticket is for the Teams Challenge Event Race Day: Sunday, March 15th 2026 Competitors will run on Sunday only as part of the Teams event. Course Length will be 5+ miles and 5+ stages with shooting distance up to 700 yards. Teams will have to work together. Communication is key at OED events. 2 man team. Ticket price covers the team. Running schedules, start times, and all important event details will be emailed one week prior to the event — keep an eye on your inbox!
