All refund/transfer requests must be submitted in writing to contact@oedefense.com. Any other form of communication (i.e. social media, text, phone call) are not acceptable forms of communication.

Refund Policy​

• A Fifty Percent (50%) refund will be given if requested 14 days prior to the event.

• No refunds will be granted within the 14 days prior to the Saturday event nor after the event has taken place.​

Event Transfer Policy

​

You may transfer your ticket(s) for a fee of $15 per ticket, if the following conditions are met:

• Requests must be made a minimum of 30 days in advance of the Saturday event.

  • Tickets will not be transferred within 30 days of the event or after the event has taken place​

• There must be spots available within the future match for which the transfer is being requested.

  • The transfer will automatically default to the previously purchased ​block

  • If the previously purchased block is full, you will be put in the first available block

• A ticket can be transferred a maximum of 1 time
