This will be a unique event as we will be running multiple courses - on multiple ranches at the same time. Please pay attention to the details below prior to registering:

POLE PEN - Series - Saturday & Sunday:

• Course:
• Both days will compete on a single Series course
• The course will be between an estimated 8 miles long

• Competitors:
• Competitors can compete on Saturday and/or Sunday as they choose
• Multiple scores are not combined, averaged, or compiled in any way - each entry will be a stand alone score

• Scoring:
• We will utilize our standard score weighting of 50% shooting and 50% run time
• Overall champions and awards will be determined on Sunday

HR3 - Teams Course - Saturday:

• Course will be approximately 7 miles
• Course will contain up to 6 stages

HR3 - Rivals Course - Sunday:

• Course will be approximately 5 miles
• Course will contain 5 stages

Match Directors:

• Sergio Venzor & Chris Hudgins

Range Officers:

• Range Officers will compete on the Series course Friday
• Range Officers who whish to compete in the Teams or Rivals events will be rotated onto thse courses throughout the weekend
• We have a limited ammout of beds for ROs with plenty of room for camping on property
• Breakfast and lunch are also provided with a number of additional perks

Scoring:

• Score weighting will be 50% shooting and 50% run time
